Creation of GIS based State Resource Information System at Gaon Panchayat level using High Resolution Remote Sensing Satellite Data

The scheme will facilitate base line geo-spatial data derived based on high resolution satellite data for micro level activity planning at GP level. The information will be uploaded in ASSAC Geo Portal for visualization and GP officials willbe allowed to download resource information ( subject to administrative privilege / permission) derived from satellite images. The Objective of the scheme are:

• Generation of Village level Resource database for each prioritised Gaon Panchayat of prioritized districts.
• Integration of available cadastral maps for activity planning by GP officials.
• Integration of census records to each village (demographic and socioeconomic)
• Preparation of Digital Atlas for Administrator, Planners or Resource managers.
• The database will be seamless with respect to Administrative boundary of the state and will be integrated with village boundaries/GP Boundaries
• Final dataset will be uploaded in Gaon Panchayat Resource Information System Web GIS portal and will have URL linkage to the State Bhuvan portal for onward dissemination to PRIs, Blocks and Districts for decentralised planning
